I have returned

Sorry about the sudden two week absence. I'm now in Manhattan pretty much full time and didn't get Internet in my new place until a week ago.

Also, I've resumed martial arts training and, perhaps most importantly, will begin studying international relations at the postgraduate level this autumn.

None of this left as much time for blogging as unemployment did. Nor would it ever, but posting should be more frequent now.
